Q2: When can I get a quotation?
We typically send out quotations within 24 hours of receiving your inquiry. For urgent requests, please call us or mention it in your email, and we’ll prioritize your inquiry. In some cases, we can even respond within 12 hours if the request is extremely time-sensitive.
Q3: Can I get a sample before placing an order?
- For non-customized samples: They’re free of charge, but you’ll need to cover the express delivery fees.
- For customized samples: A sample fee plus express costs will apply. The sample fee will be refunded once you place a bulk order.
Samples can be arranged after price confirmation, and it usually takes 7-10 days to produce them.
Q4: I don’t have any drawings. Can you design for me?
Absolutely. Just share your ideas, high-resolution images, logo, text, and layout preferences. Our R&D team specializes in turning concepts into reality, whether through OEM or ODM services. We’ll send you finished designs for confirmation.
Q5: What are the regular product colors, and can they be customized?
Regular colors include pink, emerald green, purple, blue, white, black, and silver. Custom colors (such as Pantone matches) are available with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 500 pieces.
Q6: Can I have my own logo customized?
Yes. We can add your logo to products (via stickers, aluminum logos, or other methods) and packaging (through stickers, printing, or embossing). Just share your brand details with us.
Q7: What kind of packaging options do you offer?
- Standard packaging: PP bags, bubble bags, white boxes, heat shrink wrap, blister packs, and color boxes.
- Custom packaging: Flat boxes, display boxes, and other tailored options.
Products are packed in cartons, with outer cartons secured by tape or green woven bags.
Q8: When will my order be shipped?
- For stock items: Can be delivered immediately.
- For customized orders: Production usually takes 15-20 working days, but this can vary (35-45 days for some bulk orders). Urgent orders can be prioritized – contact our sales team for an exact timeline.
Q9: What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T, Western Union, and Alibaba Trade Assurance.
- Orders under USD 2,000: Full payment upfront.
- Orders between USD 2,000 and 5,000: 50% deposit, 50% balance before delivery.
- Orders over USD 5,000: 30% deposit, 70% balance before delivery (or against B/L copy for some cases).
Q10: What trade terms do you support?
We offer EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, and other terms based on your needs.
Q11: How do you deliver the goods?
We support various shipping methods, including air, express, train, and sea. We’re close to Shanghai and Ningbo seaports and can arrange door-to-door delivery. Mixed products can be loaded in one container.

- For stock items: Place your order directly.
- For customized orders: Share your requirements, get a quotation, confirm samples, pay the deposit, and we’ll start production.
Q13: What is your MOQ?
We accept sample orders. Hot-selling items are usually in stock and available in any quantity. Contact us for specific product details.
Q14: May I inspect the goods before delivery?
Certainly. You’re welcome to inspect them yourself. If you can’t, our professional quality inspection team will check the goods before shipment to ensure quality.
